Taught by Ashley Shea
With many years of experience growing and using medicinal herbs, I am deeply passionate about the study and practice of herbal medicine. My early curiosity about the natural world began in childhood, when I enjoyed creating “potions” from plants and flowers — an interest that has evolved into a lifelong dedication to holistic wellness. I am currently pursuing a course to become a certified herbalist to expand my knowledge and refine my skills in herbal formulation and plant-based healing. Through this course, I aim to share both the science and the spirit of herbal medicine, inspiring others to connect with the wisdom of the plants around them.
