5 Week challenge (both nights) - $100
One night a week - $75
Come casually as you wish at $20 a session.
Circuits, battle ropes, boxing, games and more.
All fitness levels welcome and you will all be challenged.
I offer a friendly, welcoming environment, with lots of banter and a toddler that might come out to say hi
