Meeting location: Family Life Center Great Room (upstairs)
This meeting is to finalize all logistics for our Winter Giveaway Event that will take place on Saturday, October 18th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
We will review:
• Event setup and flow
• Volunteer roles and responsibilities
• Donation drop-off coverage (10/12–10/16)
• Prep day assignments
Prep & Event Schedule
Thursday, October 16 – 5:00–8:00 p.m.
Sorting donations
Friday, October 17 – 5:00–8:00 p.m.
Setting up tables, sorting, and organizing
Saturday, October 18
• 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. → Sorting & organizing
• 1:00–4:00 p.m. → Giveaway Event
• 4:00–5:00 p.m. → Cleanup
Meeting Goals
✅ Confirm volunteer positions
✅ Assign donation drop-off coverage (Oct 12–16)
✅ Ensure everyone knows their role during prep & event day
Second meeting will take place Sunday, October 12th from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
