Would you like to feel confident pruning your fruit trees? Come and join me in my orchard and learn how to look after and prune your apples, pears and plum trees. You will learn how to select the right rootstocks for your situation and how to identify and deal with fruit tree pests and diseases as naturally as possible. We will look at the correct tools for the job.
You will get to practice your pruning on the orchard trees and go home feeling more confident.
The workshop is both an inside and out so you'll need to wear appropriate clothing, however there will be plenty of hot drinks and homemade cakes to warm you up.
All tools will be provided however you're welcome to bring your favourite secateurs if you wish.
