Winter Fore Street Flea Trader Booking
Join us for an extra special Fore Street Flea as we celebrate our silver anniversary!
The Flea is an event celebrating the Independent West Quarter, run for the community by the community and with the support of InExeter, the Business Improvement District for the city.
The Flea welcomes all sorts of stall holders; from those of you having a but of a clear out, to collectors, start-ups and established professional traders, and those who just need to make room for more in their wardrobe, you all have a place at The Flea.
Please read the following important details before booking:
- There are 2 sizes of pitch available - please be sure to book the correct size!
- Traders can arrive by car to set up between 10am-11am.
- We will not reserve pitches - it is first come, first served.
- We do not supply any tables or gazebos - you need to bring everything yourself.
- You are welcome to bring a gazebo must it must be properly weighted or you will be asked to take it down (for safety reasons).
- If you are selling food, you will need to provide a copy of your Food Hygiene Rating and we are looking to only host sellers with 4 or 5 stars.
- Please note that we do not screen/filter traders so we do end up with multiple people selling the sort of thing at times.
- All pitch fees are non-refundable and the event goes ahead whatever the weather (apart from exceptional circumstances!).
This is a not for profit event and the proceeds from stall booking fees go directly towards the running of the event. As such, we don’t offer discounted stalls.
