This is an opportunity to test your fitness over 3000m, 2000m, or 1000m, or 15, 10 or 5 laps, on an indoor track. The goal is to provide a fun, low-pressure environment to run your best over these distances. Run hard and turn left, it's as simple as that!Times will be recorded for you and you will be able to apply them to your training paces for the upcoming training season. Run Minnesota will be putting on these Fitness Checks before each training season to allow participants to track improvement and try various distances in the 800m - 3200m range.
This event will take place at the University of Minnesota Fieldhouse located at 1800 University Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455 from 6-8pm. There is no charge for the event but there is a registration so we can organize heats and set the official time schedule.
