About this Event
This workshop is ideal if you want to support your health during the winter months so you can be productive, happy and full of vitality.
In this 60 minute workshop, you will
- understand the foundations of resilience
- learn effective strategies for supporting your mental and physical health and wellbeing
- practice these strategies in a safe environment and create an action plan to help you be the best version of yourself

Facilitated by Carley Nicholson from Vitality Unlimited
Carley is an experienced and engaging Resilience Coach and trainer. She uses effective science-based strategies to help people live longer, happier and healthier lives.
Her workshops are popular for teams, providing a fun, interactive and practical approach to coping with adversity and using proven strategies to remain calm, alert and engaged.
As an Accredited Resilience Coach with the Resilience Institute, and with a background as a General Manager and Director of an award-winning IT company, Carley enjoys educating leaders within businesses, schools, and communities to cope effectively with adversity, build their resilience, perform at their best, and live their life with purpose and flow.
