For those in endurance racing, Shalane Frost needs no introduction. Beaver Sports is honored to have Frost present on the building blocks of a successful winter endurance race, including common mistakes and lessons learned. This presentation is for beginner to intermediate level bike, ski, or foot racers. Frost will also recap winter endurance race options outside Interior Alaska. Frost is an accomplished winter endurance racer. She's won the backcountry, 100-mile race in the White Mountains (White Mountains 100) nine times in women's ski. She also holds the women's ski course records in the Drift 100, Arrowhead 135 and Pat Pursuit 200k.
