Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a Somatic & Restorative Yoga practice.Begin by experiencing Somatics - subtle, slow & gentle floor based embodied movements to cultivate greater mind-body awareness and release chronic tensions, strains and stresses.
Followed by a restorative yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body. Restorative Yoga facilitates deep conscious and constructive rest supported by pillows, bolsters & blankets. We end with a deep and nourishing guided relaxation.
This two hour class is designed to improve your feeling of being-well and help release tightness, stiffness & tiredness and provide the mind and body with peace, vitality and restoration.
Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival from 12:45pm
Please bring your own yoga mat - we do have spares which you can freely borrow.
Please note no late arrival is permitted.
