The Class:
Join us for a delightful morning of foraging with Olwyn Williams. We'll spend the morning outdoors, discovering and collecting a variety of wild plants and fruits.
After our foraging adventure, warm up with a cup of fresh herbal tea made from our gathered ingredients. Then, we’ll process some of the plants and fruits we've collected, learning how to incorporate them into delicious recipes.
At 2 PM, we'll gather for a feast featuring Olwyn's wild foods, with some recipes included for you to take home.
It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and explore the culinary possibilities of foraged ingredients!
