About this Event
Taste the elevated flavors of winter at this themed Chef's Table hosted by Chef Taylor O'Brien of Cosmos Restaurant in coordination with The Great Northern Festival. The team has partnered up with Vikre Distillery out of Duluth to offer an amazing four course menu, each dish infused with local, botanical spirits and paired with a coordinating cocktail. Learn all about the winter flavors from our expert Chef while you dine, and enjoy an engaging demonstration from the team at Vikre Distillery to learn about their unique spirits.
The dinner will be located in the private dining room located off of Cosmos Restaurant, on the fourth floor of The Lofton Hotel.
