At USA Ninja Challenge San Jose, kids train on real Ninja obstacles in a safe, structured, coach led environment. Every day brings new challenges, new skills, and new victories that build confidence and courage.
Winter Camp for ages 6 through 13

What kids will experience every day
Warm up and stretch
We prepare Ninjas for safe movement through dynamic warmups, active stretching, and fun drills.
Obstacle training and skill building
Kids climb, swing, jump, balance, and learn real Ninja techniques with guidance from experienced coaches.
Snack break
A short rest to recharge and connect with friends
Daily challenge
A new focus every day such as grip strength, balance, speed, agility, and problem solving. Kids love pushing themselves and discovering what they can do.
Team challenges and Ninja games
Friendly competition, teamwork, and creative challenges that keep energy high and spirits higher.
Open gym time
Free movement, exploration, and a chance to practice favorite obstacles with coach supervision.
