Kids' Day Out (KDO) is a time for parents to drop their kids at the gym for 3 1/2 hours of supervised fun and age appropriate activities.
Children do not have to be enrolled in a class and they do not need
gymnastics experience. Any child over the age of 3 can attend. Let us take care of your children while you enjoy a night out!
