About this Event
Get out some wiggles and learn something new over winter break.
Some plants are big, like trees, and others are small, like flowers. Plants clean our air, help bees make honey, provide cool shade in the summer, and many are yummy! One thing all plants share in common is that they start from seeds, use light to make energy and need nutrients to grow.
W ith the assistance of a caretaker, children will make their own planters out of recycled materials and plant a seed they can watch grow. Children will learn about how plants grow and what they need to thrive.
This class is designed for preschoolers and up! There will be parts of the project where they may need help from an adult. Caretakers must accompany for safety. The ticket includes all materials and instructions.
