Join us for this exclusive special dinner with Rick of Ghostwood Distilling Co. and Chef Rob of Juliet Italian Kitchen for an unforgettable evening of bourbon and perfectly paired dishes.
Rick will share the story and rich history behind Ghostwood Bourbon while guiding guests through a tasting of signature cocktails and select bourbon pours, each paired with Chef Rob’s Ghostwood-inspired menu, featuring seasonal dishes infused and crafted with Ghostwood Whiskey.

- Course 1: Cowboy Mojito
- Course 2: Bourbon Tasting
- Course 3: Smoked Old Fashioned with Chard Cast
- Course 4: Heavenly Ghost (Twist on a Chocolate Martini!)
✨The Food:
- Course 1: Bacon-Wrapped Scallops,Roasted Corn Purée, Sweet Onion Marmalade
- Course 2: Roasted Duck Breast, Brioche French Toast, Seared Foie Gras, Bourbon Peach Glaze
- Course 3: Grilled Ribeye, Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce, Crispy Potato Pave, Creme Fraiche, Chives, Bourbon-Glazed Tricolor Baby Carrots
- Course 4: White Chocolate & Lavenderr Créme Brulee.
Tickets are $85 and include tax and gratuity.
