Grab a friend & come start your Saturday with a full-body strength workout choreographed to high-energy music!We'll get over 1,000 reps in, starting with a warmup, squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, core + cool down! Select weights that work for you & challenge yourself through a FUN strength training, muscular endurance building workout!
If it's your first time, no worries!! Start with body weight or light weights & stick around for the first 4 tracks (30 minutes) your first time and then come back for more to keep building up your strength + muscular endurance!
