🕊️ Winter Bird Collage Workshop 🕊️Love playing with colour, pattern and texture? In this creative, relaxed workshop you’ll explore new ways of working through the art of collage, using winter birds and their habitats as inspiration.
You’ll experiment with:
✨ Combining colours and textures
✨ Creating semi-abstract backgrounds
✨ Cutting, tearing and arranging papers
✨ Building striking bird images using templates (or your own drawings)
We’ll start by making our own patterned and textured papers, then move into composing your final collage. This workshop is all about enjoying the process, loosening up and discovering playful combinations. Refreshments Included!
Bring along:
🧩 Old sketches, doodles, try-outs
🧩 Matt papers from magazines, catalogues, envelopes etc.
(Please note papers need to be matt, not glossy)
All other materials and bird templates are provided. Suitable for all levels — you’ll leave with your own finished winter bird collage to take home.
