About this Event
This community-science marine biodiversity monitoring project encourages everyone to get involved in a biodiversity survey and to raise the ecological importance and surprising biodiversity of inlets in New Jersey. Specifically, the project will help people record and monitor the life they discover in and around local waters, and identify threats to marine systems.
We will meet at Fisherman's Cove Conservation Area in the Borough of Manasquan. From there we will scan the shores for winter life that calls the Manasquan River Inlet home.
Please dress for the weather.
Please bring binoculars.
Please be prepared to walk outdoors on sandy beaches.
