Come and join our Head Gardener, Jan, in our Orangery for a hands-on session that’s a little bit different. Jan will share her tips and tricks for creating beautiful Winter and Spring containers from choosing the right plants for Winter interest to selecting bulbs and bedding that will keep your display looking cheerful right through to Spring.After a short talk and demonstration, it’s over to you. You’ll get to design and plant up your very own terracotta container, filled with bulbs and bedding plants grown in our walled garden, ready to take home and enjoy.
This workshop is a lovely chance to see some the work of our Garden Team, while also creating something practical and pretty for your own doorstep, patio, or garden.
This workshop lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes and all materials (and refreshments) are provided.
You’ll head home with a container that will keep your home looking bright and welcoming all Winter long.
