Winter Trad Fiddle Workshop - Shona Mooney
Beyond delighted to be able to welcome Shona to teach a Fiddle class at Winter Trad this year. Originally from the borders Shona is one of the finest fiddle players, composers, arrangers and fiddle educators in the country.
Her debut album 'Heartsease' has been nearly worn out in our house as it's so good! She's done a pile more since (equaly great) and of course was one of the founder members of The Shee touring all over the worls with them.
Shona plays pretty much every type of music going. A world leading authority on Borders Fiddle she is equally at home in the realms of free improvisation.
