Team Kick-Off for Team E3 Endurance Winston-Salem that will start in February. Athletes ages (7-18yr) should bring their bicycles (bike trainers if they have one) water bottles, and run gear to run outside.
We will be focusing on proper cycling position, pedaling, cadence and running off the bike.
