According to Statistics Canada 18% of adults aged 18 to 64 and 15% aged 65 and older are not achieving the recommended daily sleep duration and quality. There are a number of factors that can interfere and disrupt our rest and sleep such as stress, lifestyle habits, and distractions. The consequences to our health can be significant.
