Dan Ali has funded over $1 billion in residential financing throughout his 20+ year mortgage career. Since entering the industry in 2003, he has weathered three economic downturns and consistently helped clients win — regardless of market conditions. In 2012, he founded Texas VA Mortgage, a firm dedicated to serving our nation’s Veterans. His experience spans Conventional, Jumbo, VA, FHA, and Non-QM (bank statement, DSCR) — giving him a rare edge when it comes to market strategy and product versatility. Dan holds an eMBA from Southern Methodist University with a focus on marketing, strategy, and finance.
