Her long tenure in the finance industry has afforded her many successes including being recognized as a recipient of the top 40 under 40 award through the Secured Finance Network.

She serves a a current board member for the Turn-Around Management Association. She developed and now chairs the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Mentorship program, for the Secured Finance Networks’ Foundation, and is the sitting chair for the Secured Finance 40 under 40, 2023 council. She also serves as a member of the Association For Corporate Growth’s Houston Chapter.

Candice has been featured in several articles across the finance industry, as key expert and contributor on topics such as banking, finance, access to capital, and women in finance. She often speaks on topics related to diversity equity and inclusion and considers herself an advocate and advisor on topics related to equitable resources for small to midsize businesses.

Joni Wolfswinkel is a licensed real estate broker and owner of two Real Property Management Franchises, a turnkey construction company, and a Virtual Assistant supplier firm. She has been buying and selling homes and investment properties for 22 Years and was recently awarded "Woman of Influence" by HousingWire Magazine. She has bought and sold over 1,800 properties and currently manages 1,900 units in the Houston, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets. In addition, Joni and Her husband Shawn personally own 58 rental homes, a commercial office building, and a self-storage building. Together, they host the popular podcast "Inside the Wolf's Den.”

After selling his construction firm, he moved into the private contracting sector for over nine years providing services around the globe, including the Middle East and Africa. TW returned to the United States and co-founded TAD Recovery Services.
