WINGSPAN AT THE SANCTUARYLindsay Grossmann
Birds and board gaming – what could go wrong? Apparently not much, as the game of Wingspan is loved by both avid birders and board gamers alike. More than just birding Monopoly, this game has you creating your own preserve for birds across three different habitats: getting cards and food to play birds and lay eggs on them. Don’t worry teaching will be provided, no experience necessary. Just come out and have a good time! This will be one of our first events utilizing the new lighting at the Sanctuary! Meet us on Friday, June 21st beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Summer Quarters at the Sanctuary. Light refreshments will be provided, but feel free to BYOB.
