One of Wausau's largest event is returning for another year! Wings Over Wausau will take place on June 27 & 28 at the Downtown Wausau Airport!This event will feature a professional DAY & NIGHT airshow each day, the area's largest fireworks show at dusk each night, along with kid's activities/games, food vendors, full beverage tent, pilot meet and greets, chances to get up close and personal with planes and a full military and aviation area to explore! There will also be numerous static displays available for the public to interact with, along with local flights and flyovers, including the US Airforce Heritage Flight!
ENTERING THE EVENT & PARKING:
Use the Emerson Street & Elmwood Blvd gates at the airport for entrance to the event. Parking is available on all surrounding city streets. We ask that you obey instructions from local police and event staff to ensure a safe experience for all in attendance.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Food vendors will be available onsite, along with a full beverage tent. Carry-ins are not permitted, and all bags are subject to inspection by security.
ADMISSION:
$10 adults
$5 kids (age 3 & up)
*Admission is good for the entire weekend and a wristband will be provided upon entry. Price is valid for one day or both days.
