Wing Wars, a one-day culinary competition for cooks of all levels to present their best flavored sauces and spice blends to an eager audience for tasting and judging. Individuals and teams will be provided professionally, identically cooked chicken wings, which can then be flavored at their own stations. Samples will be provided to the public at a paid entry event also featuring live music by "The SoulShake," and ice-cold beverages.Competitors in the event will vie for votes from tasters in the crowd, which in combination with scoring from judges in a “blind tasting” will determine the First, Second and Third Place winners of the event. The First Place Winner’s name will be immortalized on a legacy trophy proudly displayed in the restaurant and the winning sauce combination featured on the menu at special events throughout the following year, and more.

Wing Wars benefits New Beginnings Law Center, a local non-profit organization whose mission is “To empower and transform the lives of those who are burdened by a criminal record and to provide a safety net for those at risk of re-entering the criminal justice system.”
Presented by Steve Gatlin of “Steve Cooks Stuff” and Dan Annis of Hooters Rohnert Park, The Wing Wars promises to be a fun filled community event now and in years to come.
