Forms and the strategy of forms

Economy of motion – ‘The Art of being Lazy’

Understand body structure and the use of body mechanics

Second part of the seminar will be based on:

The practicality of the Wing Chun system

Training drills

Chi Sao – training the mind and the body – using natural reactions and training the fear.
