Welcome to an evening on the deck (weather permitting) with Wagner Winery, a leading winery in New York, who has been producing wine since 1979. Join us for an evening of delicious wines from The Wagner winery along side a curated 5 course meal. Sip and savor a variety of their award-winning wines while enjoying our cozy atmosphere, here at Chop House in Wasilla, AK. This event will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Dinner Menu

Amuse Bouche: Kachemak Bay Oysters, served chilled on the half shell with a ginger minognette.

First Course: House smoked Alaskan Salmon blended with cream cheese, Charred green onions, roasted garlic and roasted jalapenos, baked and served with toasted baguette

Second Course: Spring green mix tossed with roasted red and yellow beets, Pickled onions, shredded Heirloom carrots, cucumbers, blueberries, red onions, grape tomatoes

Third Course: Linguini pasta with Grilled Italian Reindeer sausage, red Peppers. Yellow onions, garlic, Marsala wine and house made Marinara sauce

Fourth Course: Grilled Prime Grade Flat Iron Steak- served with Maple roasted sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts, finished with a black garlic and gorgonzola cream sauce OR Roast Duck- maple leaf farms duck roasted and served with classic A l’ orange sauce wild mushroom and parmesan Risotto and seasonal vegetables

Fifth Course: Baked vanilla cream custard with caramelized sugar crust Chantilly cream and fresh berries
