About this Event
If you love Cabernet Sauvignon - this is the class will have you saying, “Oui, Tres Bien”!
Bordeaux is and always has been a master at producing incredible wine, and its delicious blends are some of the most famous and sought after in the world. Like many regions with a long history, there’s a lot to be excited about, understand, and taste. In this class taught by sommelier Janet Beeby we will explore the left and right banks and White Bordeaux. We will delve into the grapes, appellations, climate, and history while pairing each wine to a delicious regional cheese—the class will feature a generous charcuterie board to complement the wines and keep appetites happy. This is an interactive event perfect for Francophiles, history lovers, or those looking for an introduction to the world of wine tasting!
