Wine Socials - Immersive Food and Wine Pairing Workshop

Over the course of this two hour tasting, we will taste 4 wines from Catalonia and pair them with meat charcuterie, cheese board and other small bites.

Learn to identify flavour profiles, the difference between taste and flavour, balancing tastes for meals and much more. We can then experiment with what works and what doesn’t, while we give you tips and tricks to always nail the perfect pairings going forward.

Wine should be approachable, exciting, and tailored to taste. We run our workshops in a similar way: structured yet fun, authentic, and with a personal twist.

There is no wine snobbery, and no wrong answers. Good wine and good company- now that’s the perfect pairing!
