Wine Socials Christmas Special- Wine and food pairing workshop in English

Over the course of this three hour tasting, we will taste 5 wines from some of our favourite regions across Spain and pair them with meat charcuterie, cheese board and other festive bites.

Learn to identify flavour profiles, the difference between taste and flavour, balancing tastes for meals and much more. We can then experiment with what works and what doesn’t, while we give you tips and tricks to always nail the perfect pairings going forward.

There is no wine snobbery, and no wrong answers. Good wine and good company- now that’s the perfect pairing!

Wine should be approachable, exciting, and tailored to taste. We run our workshops in a similar way: structured yet fun, authentic, and with a personal twist. And as this is our Christmal Special, be ready for decorations, fairy lights and Christmas jumpers.
