About this Event

Pat Henderson will be leading a two part seminar on wine tasting and appreciation. In the second session, we will look into how wine ages and the effect oak barrels have on wine flavor. We will also cover food and wine pairing and how to find the best wine to complement your meal. We will then finish by tasting a selection of varietal wines. **Tickets for each day are sold separately **

Our winery is outdoor under covered tasting areas. We will have heaters but if it is cold-please dress appropriately. You are welcome to bring snacks.
