Red Wine Consumers Required
About this Event

University of Adelaide's Sensory Science Team invites you to join a wine consumer sensory study. This study is conducted under the Human Research Ethics Committee Approval Number: H-2020-080.

You must:


- reside in Australia;

- be 18 years old or older;

- consume red wine at least once a month;

- have little or no formal wine evaluation or winemaking training.

You will be asked to attend ONE SESSION, during which demographic questions will be asked. You will also be asked to provide your level of liking for each of the wine samples and evaluate wines’ aroma, mouthfeel and flavour profiles.

Expected duration: the session will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Location: Sensory Laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (cnr of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).
