Join us for an intimate evening at the top floor of James, where good wine, good food and easy conversation come together in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

The experience unfolds in two chapters:

From 19:00 to 20:00, we’ll enjoy a guided wine tasting featuring five carefully chosen boutique wines from Chile and Argentina. Along the way, you’ll learn wine basics in an approachable, enjoyable way — no prior knowledge needed, just curiosity and an open palate.

From 20:00 to 21:00, we’ll sit down for a 3-course dinner, with several options available (meat, fish and vegetarian), enjoyed freely and at your own pace.

This is not about rushing or formality — it’s about savoring, connecting and enjoying the moment in a warm, welcoming setting in the heart of Amsterdam.

During the tasting, you’ll explore five boutique wines that capture the energy and elegance of South American terroirs.

A little story about our Boutique Vineyard

Villard began when a French winemaker decided to bring his European heritage to Chile, creating wines shaped by tradition but energized by the coastal climate of Casablanca.

Von Siebenthal was born from a Swiss family who left their former lives to pursue wine in Aconcagua. Their style blends Swiss precision with Chilean elegance, producing award-winning wines known for depth, balance, and craftsmanship.

Across the Andes in Mendoza, Amansado takes Argentina’s intense grapes and gives them a softer, more refined expression — silky textures, fresh profiles, and the purity that only high-altitude vineyards can deliver.

Three different stories, one shared thread: people who followed their passion and created something remarkable on South American soil.
