Sommelier Timothy Dillon will take us on a tasting tour of the best of rose', summer reds, and those quirky, endearing orange wines. This isn't your mother's rose'. You'll be amazed at the character and depth, yet lightly refreshing taste of Le Du's summer wine selections.

• Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a lovely sparkling wine. 
• We will then offer generous, repeat tastings of six distinctive wines with commentary.
• Artisanal bread, cheese, and charcuterie will clear your palate between repeat tastings of this evening's selections.

Timothy Dillon is a Certified Sommelier with the Sommelier Society of America and has worked in fine wine and spirits for 12 years.
