? 1st Course: Salad of Baby Greens w/ Roasted Root Vegetables, Cranberries, Gorgonzola & Dijon Vinaigrette infused with our Cranberry Wine.

?2nd Course: Apple Butternut Squash Soup made with our Dry Riesling.

?3rd Course: Fall Harvest Chicken Breast stuffed with goat cheese, cranberries & apples, topped w/ Adirondack Winery Moonlight Rose Sauce.
