About this Event
Have you ever wanted a backstage look at the world of wine? This course gives you the complete tour: from viticulture and enology to local history and the personalities that make wine so fascinating. You'll learn about proper table service, and how to taste wine (and sell wine) like a true professional. Instructor Paul Wagner is a McPherson Distinguished Teacher at Napa Valley College, and he will be your guide and mentor as you learn the ins and outs of Napa's most famous product. By the time you are done, you will know enough to entertain a lifetime of dinner parties, or work at any winery in the valley— or anywhere else in the world.
