Buying a ticket grants you admission to this six-part series from 6 pm to 9 pm on Mondays. The dates are April 28, May 5, May 19, June 2, June 9, and June 16. *There is no class on May 12 or May 26.*
This six-session course, taught by ICE's Lead Instructor of Wine Studies and Advanced Sommelier, Paul Sherman, uses grape varieties, as well as winemaking regions, as the keys to understanding the full wine spectrum.
You will receive a thorough introduction to wine tasting, wine selection, winemaking, laws and labeling as you learn about wine components and taste some of the world’s most celebrated wines.
