For our series finale, we'll get creative with both wine and food by exploring how knowing more about wine enables you to pair it with some unexpected dishes. Instead of following old, stuffy rules (like reds always pair with red meats, or that you MUST drink whites with seafood, etc), we'll introduce new ways to experience wine and food together, while explaining why it works. Included in your ticket is 4 small plates from Kitchen Little with four matching 2oz pours of various wine from SCV.
