In this hands-on cooking skills class, you'll learn to make a hearty and delicious meal from scratch! Start by crafting your own Handmade Bowtie Pasta, learning essential pasta-making techniques. Then, prepare a rich and flavorful Beef & Mushroom Ragu, simmered to perfection. Finally, indulge in a delightful Berry Rose Tiramisu, where you'll perfect layering and flavor combinations for a refreshing twist on a classic dessert. Skills and Techniques:

• Mixing and kneading pasta dough to the perfect consistency.
  Rolling out and shaping handmade bowtie pasta (farfalle).

• Creating a smooth mascarpone cream for tiramisu.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So if you'd like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday.
