Decadent Salad- Fresh Mixed greens tossed with sun dried cranberries and parmesan cheese crisps, sliced grapes, bacon, spiced Pecans with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Parmesan & Potato Encrusted Halibut- Topped with 2 sautéed Large Shrimp, Wild Mushroom risotto, Roasted Brussels Sprouts/ finished with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce.
