Wine Country Yoga is back at Hook & Ladder Winery this year with monthly pop-up yoga classes May-October!Join us every second Saturday of the month (May-October) for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of yoga amidst the breathtaking vineyards views at an iconic Sonoma County property. Take in the serene surroundings as you flow through an all levels yoga practice led by local Windsor Fitness Club Yoga Teacher, Madeline Schwartz .
Afterward, enjoy a complimentary glass of their award winning wine and soak in the peaceful atmosphere with fellow yogis. Don't miss out on this unique experience blending yoga and wine in a picturesque setting. Namaste!
