Wine Class Wednesday - Intro to Wine Tasting
The Wine world is vast, fascinating yet rather complex.
What are the tools to help us navigate through our wine journey?
Every month, V Wine Salon offers an in-person class around a topic where theory and practice meet in an intimate, relaxed and participative ambiance.
The first edition happening Wednesday November 20th, will have a focus on the Art of Wine Tasting & General Wine etiquette.
We will first cover the foundations of still wine making production, highlight some wine regions of the world, define the methodology of wine tasting, and discuss various tips and advice. We will then try 4 selected still wines and put into practice our newly learnt skills.
This 25 participants class will be held at “The Cellar” ; V Wine Salon’s own private dining area located in the basement of 673 Bourke street, which once held the original Victorian Wine Society. Hosted by Valentine Kuzniewski-Lebrun, General Manager and Co-Owner of V Wine Salon.
