Join us for our first ever Wine Blending Event with Dry Creek Vineyards. Get a partner, or team of four & sign up for a night of hands-on fun. We will start the night off with a welcome wine & small bite. We will then have an introduction & instruction from Matt McCormack from Dry Creek Vineyards. Your team will then sample all 5 blending component wines before creating your very own red blend. There will be pipettes & graduated cylinders for this fun & scientific process. The wines will be judged, there will be winners & prizes too. The price of the class is $75/person & this includes 2 glasses of wine after the judging process & elevated appetizers from Chef Maggie.
