This workshop will cover the essentials of properly tasting wine, helping participants develop their ability to assess and identify wines that match their personal preferences. Students will explore the art of wine tasting with a touch of fun and sophistication. With expert guidance and a lighthearted approach, attendees will learn to appreciate wine with confidence and share their newfound knowledge with others.When: Wednesday, Feb. 26 6 - 8 p.m.; Cost $75

Students should eat dinner before attending. No food will be provided.
Teaching the class will be Brian Lillie, vice president of hospitality and distribution at Chateau Chantal Winery. He has been active in the Michigan Wine Industry since 2005. Brian is a WSET Advanced (Level 3) Wine Expert. In 2013 he chaired the MiCast (Michigan Certified Alcohol Service Training) Program which received the 2015 Pure Michigan Governor’s Award for Innovative Tourism Collaboration Award in Education and Training.
