Join us and wine host, Jo Stumbles from Sam Smith & Sons as we embark on a taste appreciation of the "RGT" range from Wirra Wirra.Celebrating the "RGT" Range of Wirra Wirra wines. We will be pouring 3 of these champions and each will be paired with food for your enjoyment.
Jo Stumbles from Sam Smith & Sons will be available throughout the evening to share some initial insights into the wines and will be available for general questions.
Dion has created a menu that he believes will compliment each of the wines to ensure maximum enjoyment with balanced flavours for all.
Entree 1- Tempura Crocodile with Chimichurri (GF, DF)
Entree 2- Quail Cooked 2 Ways, Sweet Potato Puree, Smoked Beetroot (GF, DF)
Main Course- Slow Cooked Pork with Sticky Asian BBQ Glaze, wok Fried Asian Greens. (GF, DF)
These events will be capped at 40 guests (2 x long table sof 20), so please get booking to secure your seats.
Gates open at 5:30pm for a pre-dinner bevvy and food service will begin promptly at 6pm.
