Chef Roy’s passion for locally sourced products and appreciation for flavors of the world will be paired perfectly with the unique and rich flavors of Napa Vintner, Spoto Wines. Spoto Family Wines is an ultra-boutique, third generation family-owned and operated winery inspired by the French way of "vins de garage," or garage wines that puts quality above all else. Spoto Family Wines sources all their fruit from legendary vineyards in the Napa Valley from Oakville Station and holds its own among the great Napa wine.
