Chantal Gonet, and brother Pierre, are carrying on their father’s winemaking legacy in Champagne. They took over the winery in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil in 1993 and built a mineral-driven style to best express their sought-after terroir.
With a welcome glass of Philippe Gonet Brut Reserve in hand, enjoy conch ceviche and yellowfin tuna in the garden. Followed by four courses of wild shrimp, Brasserie Catch, braised pork belly and pavlova with coconut cream all perfectly paired with Philippe Gonet Champagne.
