This fun-filled class is designed to give you the skills to make your own excellent cheese and wine pairings. We will be sampling through six cheeses and six wines during the two hour class. Lindsey Schechter, owner of Houston Dairymaids, will co-teach with Sommelier Trienet del Valle of the Texas Wine School.The class is held at the Texas Wine School, which offers fun, relaxed, and educational wine classes in Houston and Austin with unique topics, tasty wines, and passionate instructors.
